yo

This is an old movie I understand, but the main reason for this review is I was hoping you could tell me more about that music. I googled "hirsch", and of course came up with a lot of people with that name (even musicians).

sexysexybicycle responds:

I actually don't know a whole lot about the artist either. It came on a soundtrack to the movie "Crumb". The movie is a documentary of a underground comics artist of the 60's. But anyway, if you like that song, I'd recommend getting that soundtrack! It has a TON of great songs like that on it! Hope that helps.

I can hardly believe it.

You're a god among men!

Get-lost responds:

Thanks bud :)

Nice jorb.

Rtil's part was incredibly cool.

Starberry responds:

ooo

Yeah.

Instead of making Madness Elimination 3 maybe you should try making your own series.
These are just complete ripoffs of the originals, and are nowhere near as good.
If I were Krinkels I would be really annoyed when people make exact copies of my movies and then brag about getting frontpage.
It's not very impressive to get frontpage when your riding the coat-tails of one of most popular series on NG.
It seems more like trying to get a high score simply by association than actually making something good and original.
Making one "tribute" to someones movies is bad enough, but you're making an entire series out of someone else's work.

That being said, the animation and graphics were pretty good.

Splurgle responds:

Wanna know something? I showed Krinkels this and he likes it. Yep. He actually encourages me to make more. No joke.

Wow

That was really awesome. The ending was almost jaw dropping. Great idea; keep up the good work.

Peda responds:

Wanted to make the ending seem bigger and more cinematic- but the whole point of the movie was sticking to the style- so i couldnt allow myself to do that. Glad u loved it though!

Really cool.

I loved the live action part. How you had the theme of the white lights, and then turned the streets lamps into spies was pretty brilliant. Keep on keepin' on.

Totsugeki responds:

ahah thx ^__^

Rebound that ball.

Way to go team! Rah rah rah.

hmm.

If any one part of this movie was by itself it would be blammed. But put all the little pieces together and suddenly you have a movie worth a 4.05.
It seems to me like an excuse to do the least amount of work possible.
It also seems unfair to other animators who spend a REALLY long time making their own movies.
I don't mean to single you out, because I noticed that there were two "collaborations" in the top 5 yesterday.
If you're going to do a movie like this, at least do it with some sort of theme or story to tie all the parts together. Just putting a song over top doesn't tie the parts together.

I mean... I could get the same effect from just watching 50 crappy movies right after eachother. What's the difference.

Anyway, that's my opinion.

Wonchop responds:

First off, this collab was by no accounts easy to organize.
Secondly, I put the people who the put the most into the project as co-authors, and put links to their work in the profile segment.
And yes I did notice there were 2 collabs the other day. Again, this is all down to bad coincidence.
And there was a theme, it was dancing. And since when did music video collabs need plot?

Oops.

I just reviewed RocketDrive on accident. -_-

pistoldisco responds:

Sike.

Woohoo

You've got a style all of your own Felix. I voted 5!

FelixMassie responds:
